ROCK ‘n RETAIL STORE LEVEL PHONE CAMPAIGNS
…include, but are not limited to:

  • 8 to 10 continual weeks of servicing INDIVIDUAL titles (only). 
  • EXTENSIVE increase of One-Stop and/or Distributor direct orders/sales
  • EXTENSIVE increase of Consumer Sell-thru
  • EXTENSIVE in-store pricing and positioning (no need to purchase through Corporate), for:
      - In-Store play
      - Wall Board Displays
      - Audio Listening Posts
      - Video Viewing Posts
      - End Cap positions
      - Sale Pricing
      - Bin Card placement (for supplied bin cards)
      - Counter/register displays
      - Poster giveaways
      - “On Tour Now” signage placement
      - “As Heard On….” signage placement
  • Piggybacking other Bands’ PAID positioning (we obtain shared space, positions, sale pricing for same genre, same tour bills, same Radio station play lists, etc.)
  • 2 “COMPLETED” personalized calls to each store’s decision maker; 2 opportunities to gain orders, sales, positioning.
  • Various methods implemented to get titles stocked, and/or increase inventory. Piggybacking other Bands’ PAID positioning (we obtain shared space, positions,
  • 2 mailings per store timed to mail after Call #1 and Call #2 containing twice marked CD’s or DVD’s, bios, one-sheets, posters, bin cards, etc. (Label supplies promos, P.O.P., etc.).
      - ALL OUT GOING PACKAGES ARE STICKERED WITH CD ARTWORK (for ease of recall); on the package. We prepare the    package stickers (unless you choose to supply) and they are included in our cost.
  • Distribution of electronic art for retailer’s websites, webstores, e-mail blasts and/or newsletters (at no additional cost).
  • E-mail correspondence to Retailers; requests for Catalogs, one-sheets, artwork, etc.
  • Compliance checks to ensure Price & Position programs purchased by Label, are being carried out
  • Set-up and Execution of special promotions, contests and/or In-store performances, meet ‘n greets, autograph appearances, “drop-bys”, etc..
  • Immediate ability to change market priorities if needed within 24 hours (as radio, tours, publicity or as other factors deem)
  • Each 3 weeks detailed written report to Client
  • Retail guest lists for shows, bartered for extensive in-store positioning and retail support
  • Verbal and day-to-day notification of Back Orders, No Fills, Inventory depletion, and overall market reaction
